Winter: A Deposit of $100.00 per person is required for reservation. If we receive your cancellation 21 days prior to arrival we will refund the deposit minus a $30.00 handling fee
Spring, summer and fall: A deposit of $300.00 per week is required for reservation. We will send you your written confirmation upon receipt of your deposit. If your cancellation notice is received within 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less $60.00 administration fee. After that date no refunds. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation.
Weekly Reservation in Spring, summer and fall means: Saturday to Saturday, Check IN Time 3.00 pm-Check OUT Time 9.00 am

Verbal or written authorization for the use of your credit card confirms your reservation.
No Shows: Guests who do not arrive without prior notification by mail or phone within 7 days or pre-arranged booking time constitute “no-shows” and are held liable for 100% of the total value of their reservation.
Refunds: No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. There will be no credit if reserved facilities or equipment are not used.
